Demonstration of Variety Programs in Performance of Wheat Price Support Policy Case Study of Mazandaran Province

Wheat is one of the strategic agricultural commodities where the governments continually pay specific attention on that. Analysis and Simulation of Variaty programs in Performance of Price policy on Wheat in Mazandaran province is The Porpous of this Study. Terfor, Floyd model Applied to Sujested the Best program to Solve the Problem of decreas in Wheat area under cultivation and Production in Mazandaran province. As the type of data in this Study is Time series in period of 1978-2008 therefore, the Stationary tests were Conducted and it Demonstrated that all of the Series are Stationary in Zero step. Using the Floyd multi-dimensional equilibrium model, Five policy Simulated. All things considered, it seems that the Government should Pursue High Purchase price for Wheat (Price supports) to Avoidance Damages of decreas in the Area under cultivation and Production and Efficiency in Price support policy. Or Free market Determines the Equilibrium price.
