Some characteristics of Gilan Province such as moderate climate, appropriate situations for agriculture, high unemployment graduates has established the idea of setting up a Greenhouse town. Hence Greenhouse town was established at Kishestan Village of Sumea – Sara city at 400 hectares. This research was conducted for economic evaluation of this design at different scenarios. For evaluation of the design, three criteria were introduced including Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C). It is shown that on the base of allocated credits with approved interest rates for farmers, the earned income at different scenarios for banana cultivation or blended cultivation of banana and asparagous can not cover the total costs, hence the project would not economical. In these situations, the production of some glasshouse crops such as dissevered branch flower (in respect to technological situations), cucumber and tomatoes have economic justification. Moreover, the optimum management and marketing, the glasshouse crops may enhance the success of the Project.
