fa همسویی تحقق عدالت بین‌نسلی در بهره‌برداری از درآمد منابع هیدروکربوری با رفاه اقتصادی بلندمدت در ایران تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <p align="right"><span dir="RTL">امروزه برخی از اقتصاددانان در تحلیل اثرات یک سیاست اقتصادی، به نحوه ارتباط بین کارایی و عدالت می&shy;پردازند و تلاش می&shy;کنند این رابطه را شناسایی کنند. بدین معنا که بعد از اجرای یک سیاست، آیا کارایی و عدالت با یکدیگر در یک راستا قرار می&shy;گیرند یا یکی به قیمت تقویت دیگری تضعیف می&shy;شود.از سوی دیگر، در موضوع بهره&shy;برداری از منابع طبیعی پایان&shy;پذیر، از جمله نفت خام و گاز طبیعی، دو سؤال مهم پیش روی اقتصاددانان است. سؤال اول از سطح استخراج بهینه و صرف درآمد حاصل از آنها به صورت بهینه می&shy;پرسد.&nbsp; سؤال دوم در این ارتباط است که از این منابع چگونه بهره&shy;مند شویم که حق آیندگان ضایع نشده و بی&shy;عدالتی در حق آنها صورت نگیرد.</span><span dir="RTL">در این راستا، تحقیق پیش رو تلاش کرده است با ارائه یک مدل نسل&shy;های همپوش،</span><span dir="RTL">متناسب با شرایط اقتصاد ایران، رابطه بین </span><span dir="RTL">تحقق عدالت بین&shy;نسلی در بهره&shy;برداری از درآمد منابع نفت و گاز کشور و سطح رفاه جامعه را&nbsp; در خلال زمان بررسی کند.نتیجه تحقیق حاکی از آن است که</span><span dir="RTL"> سطح مصرف خانوارها و، همچنین،</span><span dir="RTL">میزان بهره&shy;مندی آنها از اوقات فراغت در هنگام تحقق عدالت بین&shy;نسلی بهبود یافته و وضعیت رفاه خانوارها در طول دوران زندگی&shy;شان بهبود قابل ملاحظه&shy;ای پیدا خواهد کرد</span></p> <p>Today, some economists consider the relation between efficiency and justice when they want to analyze the effects of an economic policy. They interest to know if the two aims are accompanied with each other or not.On the other hand, in utilizing exhaustible resources, including crude oil and natural gas, there are two important questions. First question is about optimal resource extraction and optimal utilizing its revenues. But the second inquires the intergenerational justice or fairness conditions.In this respect, the paper tries to explain the relation between the intergenerational justice policy in utilizing crude oil and natural gas revenues and the welfare level of society over time applying an overlapping generations model for Iran economy.Finally, the model shows that the consumption level of households and also their leisure will be increased if the government respects the intergenerational justice policy and as a result, the welfare level of society will be improved in long run.</p> عدالت بین نسلی, منابع طبیعی پایان پذیر, مدل کلان اقتصاد ایران, رفاه اقتصادی.
