font-family: "><font size="3">بیش از نیمی از فقرا در ایران و جهان در روستا زندگی می&shy;کنند و عمدتاً به فعالیت کشاورزی اشتغال دارند. کشاورزی علاوه بر مؤلفه‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی از تغییرات آب و هوایی، همچون سطح و نوسانات بارندگی نیز متأثر می‌شود. بر همین اساس این مطالعه عوامل مؤثر بر نابرابری درآمدی روستایی را با تأکید بر سطح بارندگی و نوسانات آن، طی دوره 1392-1361ش، با رویکرد </font></span><span dir="LTR" font-size:="" new="" style="background: white; font-family: "><font size="3">بررسی کرده است.</font></span></font><span b="" lang="FA" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" style="background: white; font-family: "><font color="#000000" size="3">نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که فرضیه کوزنتس در مورد ضریب جینی روستایی ایران، هم در کوتاه‌مدت و هم در بلندمدت، صادق است. براساس نتایج بار تکفل و تسهیلات اعطایی به شاغلان بخش کشاورزی (و میزان نرخ باسوادی روستاییان) بر ضریب جینی روستایی تأثیر مثبت (منفی) دارند و این اثرات در بلندمدت بیشتر از کوتاه مدت است. همچنین، نوسانات بارندگی هم در کوتاه‌مدت و هم در بلندمدت نابرابری درآمدی روستایی را افزایش می‌دهد.</font></span></p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <h1></h1> <h1></h1> <h1 style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;
