fa تأثیر قیمت نفت و پیشرفت فنی بر تقاضای نفت: صنایع کارخانه‌ای انرژی‌بر در کشورهای اروپایی واردکننده نفت ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این مقاله با تمرکز بر دو محرک بزرگ تقاضای نفت؛ قیمت نفت و پیشرفت فنی یک تجزیه و تحلیل جامع از رفتار تقاضای نفت صنایع کارخانه&shy;ای انرژی بر در کشورهای اروپایی واردکننده نفت ایران در فاصله زمانی 2010-1980 ارائه می&shy;دهد. ابزار تجزیه و تحلیل در این مطالعه حسابداری رشد و تخمین تابع هزینه پارامتریک است و معنی‌داری پارامترهای تبدیل یافته مدل با استفاده از تکنیک دلتا بررسی می‌شود. نتایج نشان می&shy;دهد که صنایع مورد بررسی در طول دوره مطالعه پیشرفت فنی را تجربه کرده&shy;اند و این پیشرفت فنی تقاضای نفت صنایع را کاهش داده است. انتظار می رود تقاضای نفت در پاسخ به افزایش قیمت نفت به طور معنی‌داری کاهش یابد. قیمت نفت و پیشرفت فنی تأثیر مثبت بر بهره&shy;وری متوسط نفت (و بنابراین کاهش تقاضای نفت) دارند. همچنین، برآورد کشش‌های قیمتی متقاطع نشان می‌دهندکه با افزایش قیمت نفت و به دنبال آن کاهش تقاضای نفت، مواد خام و سرمایه جانشین نفت می‌شوند. کاهش تقاضای نفت صنایع تحت بررسی در نتیجه افزایش قیمت نفت (از طریق جانشینی بین عاملی و بهره‌وری نفت) و پیشرفت فنی دلالت بر محدود شدن درآمدهای نفتی ایران و بنابراین تمرکز مسئولین و سیاست‌گذاران بر توسعه صادرات فرآورده‌های نفتی و پتروشیمی و همچنین صادرات برق و گاز طبیعی دارد. </span></span></p> <p>By focusing on two major drivers of oil demand &ndash; i.e. oil price and technical progress &ndash; this article presents a thorough behavior analysis of energy-intensive manufacturing industries&rsquo; oil demand in European countries, which imported Iranian oil during 1980-2010. The growth accounting method and estimating parametric cost function are employed as analysis tools and the significance level of converted parameters are investigated with using Delta technique. The results show that studied industries have experienced technical progress during the examination period which resulted in reduced oil demand. It is expected that oil demand experiences the significant decrease in response to rising oil prices. Oil price and technical progress have positive impacts on average oil productivity (and thereby decreasing demand for oil). Furthermore, estimation of cross price elasticity indicates that rising oil prices lead to reduce oil demand and raw material and capital replace oil. In the studied industries, reduced oil demand as a result of rising oil prices (through between factor substitution and oil efficiency)and technical progress implies the restriction of Iran&#39;s oil revenues, as well as officials and policy makers, focus on the development of oil products, petrochemicals, electricity, and natural-gas export.</p> صنایع انرژی‌بر, صنایع اروپایی, تقاضای نفت, پیشرفت فنی و قیمت نفت.
