fa چشم‌انداز نظام اقتصاد بین‌الملل: رویکرد آینده پژوهی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div align="justify" style="direction: rtl"> هدف این مقاله بررسی چشم‌انداز تغییر و تحولات احتمالی در عرصه اقتصاد بین‌الملل با رویکردی بین‌رشته‌ای و آینده‌نگر است. فرضیه مقاله این است که مطابق تجربه قرون‌ گذشته، با ورود بازیگران جدید به عرصه اقتصاد جهانی، تضعیف موقعیت اقتصاد رهبری‌کننده و جابجایی در قدرت سیاسی- امنیتی و وقوع بحرانی مالی- اقتصادی بزرگ تغییراتی اساسی در نظام حکمرانی اقتصادی جهانی ( نوع نظام تسویه حساب‌های بین‌المللی و ذخیره جهانی و نوع مدیریت بازارهای مالی جهانی و نهادهای جهانی مانند صندوق بین‌المللی پول) پیش می‌آید. این فرضیه با استناد به داده‌های برآورد شده معتبر درباره موقعیت اقتصادی قدرت‌های بزرگ و جا‌بجایی در نظم امنیتی – سیاسی جهان در دهه‌های آینده به آزمون گذاشته شده است. نتایج این مقاله حاکی از آن است که آمریکا قدرت هژمونیک خود را طی سال‌های آینده از دست خواهد داد و چین جای آن را خواهد گرفت. این جابجایی در قدرت به علاوه بحران بزرگ مالی سال 2008 موجب تحولاتی مهم در اقتصاد بین‌الملل از جمله تغییر نظام تسویه حساب‌های بین‌المللی و جایگزینی ذخیره جهانی جدیدی به جای دلار و همینطور تغییر نظام حکمرانی جهانی خواهد شد. </div> This article aims to shed the light on the probable changes in international economic order. The hypothesis of study is that basic changes will take place in the economic system governing the world during the current century, due to coming new big players in to the international economic scene, weakening the position of leading economies, displace ments in political security system in the world and incidence of great international financial and economic crisis. The assumption is based on estimated reliable data pertaining to the economic situation of big economic powers and the said displacement during the coming decades. Different variables, including national power and population show that US will not be able to continue it’s hegemonic position during next years. Economies like Brazil, Russia, India, and China (BRIC) have emerged as new regional powers which could challenge the hegemony of US.
