fa تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات روی اشتغال‌بخش خدمات در ایران عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div align="justify" style="direction: rtl">در سال‌های اخیر با گسترش فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، صحنه رقابت جهانی شاهد تغییر و تحول اساسی در زمینه‌های مختلف از جمله کارآفرینی بوده است. این انقلاب به کشورهای در‌حال‌توسعه فرصت داده تا در برخی زمینه‌ها از جمله بهبود بهره‌وری و کارآفرینی خود را به سطح کشورهای توسعه‌یافته نزدیک کنند. در این مطالعه به بررسی تأثیر ICT بر اشتغال، تابع تقاضای نیروی‌کار استخراج و به روشARDL برای دوره (1385-1350) تخمین زده شد. نتایج مطالعه حاکی از اثر مثبت و معنادار ICT بر اشتغال بخش خدمات است و این نتیجه نشان‌دهنده اهمیت توجه به فناوری‌اطلاعات و ارتباطات و تلاش در جهت گسترش و افزایش ضریب نفوذ فاوا در کشور برای کمک به حل مشکل بیکاری می‌باشد. در خصوص سرمایه انسانی نیز نتایج نشان‌دهنده اثر مثبت این متغیر بر اشتغال می‌باشد.</div> <p>In recent years with developing of information & communication technology, we observe the basic changes in different topics. This revolution has given the opportunity to developing countries to reach developed countries. At first, in this study, we indicate the relationship between ICT and entrepreneurship, and then we use ARDL method for estimate the effect of ICT on employment over the (1350 &ndash; 1385) years. The results show positive effect of ICT on employment. This result indicates the importance of attention to development of ICT in Iran for growing the employment level.
