fa بررسی‌کارایی فنی و بازدهی نسبت به مقیاس به‌روش تابع مرزی تصادفی (مطالعه موردی شعب بانک رفاه) عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div align="justify" style="direction: rtl"> هدف این مقاله، اندازه‏گیری کارایی فنی و شعب بانک رفاه در استان تهران در سال 1387 با استفاده از تابع تولید ترانسلوگ و روش مرزی تصادفی است. نتایج نشان می‏دهندکه از بین شعب مورد بررسی، شعبه بیمارستان میلاد (از شعب شمال) و تامین اجتماعی مرکزی تهران (از شعب غرب) از بالاترین میزان کارایی فنی به میزان 96/0 برخوردارند. شعبه میدان شوش (از شعب جنوب) دارای کمترین میزان کارایی فنی به میزان 29/0 است. همچنین، مشاهدات پژوهش حاکی از این است که میانگین کارایی شعب شمال تهران برابر با 87/0 و میانگین کارایی شعب جنوب تهران برابر با 79/0 است. به‌طور‏کلی، میانگین کارایی تمام شعب بانک رفاه برابر با 81/0 بدست آمده است. دیگر نتایج تحقیق نشان می‏دهندکه کشش جزیی تابع تولید نسبت به نیروی‌کار با تحصیلات لیسانس و بالاتر برابر با 39/0 بدست آمده‌که نسبت به سایر نهاده‌های تولید دارای بیشترین مقدار است. </div> This paper studies the technical efficiency of branches of Refah Bank in Tehran Province in 1387 based on Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) and Translog production function. The findings show that the branches of Milad and Social Securities have enjoyed the highest technical efficiency, getting to about 96 percent, standing as the reference set. The branch of Shush Square suffers from minimum technical efficiency, estimated about 29 percent. Moreover the average efficiency of north branches of Tehran is estimated 87 percent and the south ones 79 percent. Overall, the average level of technical efficiency of all branches is found to be 81 percent. So that Refah Bank branches could have produced 19 percent more output using the same level of the inputs just by improving the combination of inputs without any increasing needed.
