fa سرمایه انسانی و جایگاه آن در بخش صنعت استان آذربایجان شرقی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div align="justify" style="direction: rtl"> سرمایه انسانی یکی از عناصر مهم تأثیرگذار بر رشد اقتصادی می‌باشد، از این‌رو مقاله حاضر به بررسی تأثیر سرمایه انسانی بر رشد تولید بخش صنعت استان آذربایجان شرقی درمقایسه با سایر عوامل ‌تأثیرگذار همانند کارایی ‌تکنولوژی وکارایی‌مقیاس می‌پردازد. برای ‌این ‌منظور، تابع‌ کاب- داگلاس به روشPooling Data تخمین زده شده است. نتیجه برآورد نشان می‌دهدکه عامل سرمایه انسانی دارای تأثیرمثبت و معناداری بر رشد تولید بخش صنعت استان می‌باشد. همچنین، در بررسی اثر سرمایه انسانی بر تغییرات بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید از روش DEA و با استفاده از شاخص مالم کوئیست به تحلیل تغییرات بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید و تغییرات کارایی مدیریت در مقایسه با تغییرات کارایی ناشی از مقیاس و تغییرات تکنولوژی طی دوره (1385- 1374) پرداخته شده‌ است. نتایج این بخش نیز حاکی از این است که تغییرات کارایی مدیریت با ضریب تقریباً یکسانی با سایر عوامل بر بهره‌وری کل عوامل صنایع استان تأثیرگذار می‌باشد. </div> Human capital is one of the important effective factors on economic growth.The objective of this paper is to find out the effect of human capital in the industry,s growth comparing with the effect of other factors such as the scale and technology of industry. In orther to investigating the impact of human capital on product growth in industry level, during the period of 1374-1385, by using pooling data approach, a cobb-douglas function has estimated. The result shows that human capital has a positive and significance effect on the product growth in industry level of east Azarbaijan province. To study of the effect of human capital on TFP, A DEA technique has employed.
