fa رتبه‌بندی صنایع کوچک و متوسط استان اصفهان با رویکرد ارزیابی عملکرد عوامل تعیین‌کننده مزیت رقابتی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div align="justify" style="direction: rtl"> یکی از اهداف این مقاله، بررسی مزیت رقابتی صنایع کوچک و متوسط استان اصفهان به روش عملکردی عوامل تعیین‌کننده آن در سال‌‌‌ها‌ی 1375 و 1384 می‌باشد. روش مورد بررسی، استفاده از شاخص‌‌‌ها‌ی ترکیبی با کمک گرفتن از مفهوم ضریب مکانی است. روش رتبه‌بندی صنایع با استفاده از شاخص‌‌‌ها‌ی بهره‌وری، ارزش‌افزوده، اشتغال‌زایی، وابستگی به موادخام و اولیه داخلی، بهره‌دهی تولید، گرایش‌‌‌ها‌ی سرمایه‌گذاری با استفاده از تکنیک آنتروپی و(TOPSIS) است. مطالعه تغییرات شاخص توسعه‌‌ها‌ی عملکرد عوامل تعیین‌کننده مزیت رقابتی نشان می‌دهد که بهبود یا عدم بهبود در عملکرد عوامل تعیین‌کننده مزیت رقابتی صنایع کوچک و متوسط استان، فرآیندی انعطاف‌پذیر و نشان‌دهنده عدم پایداری نسبی در موقعیت بسیاری از صنایع استان در طول یک دهه اخیر است که متاثر از عوامل مختلفی است. عمده‌ترین این عوامل، نحوه دسترسی صنایع کوچک و متوسط استان به منابع اولیه داخلی و تامین منابع مالی جهت سرمایه‌گذاری است. </div> One of the goals of this paper is to study the competitive advantage of SMEs in Isfahan Province using the performance of its determinants in 1375 and 1384. In this way, we use the mixed indicators through the concept of local coefficient. The ranking is based on productivity indicators, value added, employment, dependence on domestic raw material, product output, and investment intensity using the entropy and TOPSIS. The study shows that the improved or unimproved performance of competitive advantage determinants is a flexible process which indicates the relative instability in the position of many SMEs within the last decade affected by different factors.
