fa ارزیابی تجربی رویکرد پولی به نظریه پیشرفت فنی درونزا: رویکرد تعادل عمومی پویای تصادفی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p class="abstract" dir="RTL" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: medium; line-height: normal;"><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Zar;">رشد اقتصادی یکی از مهمترین شاخص</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Cambria, serif;">‌</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Zar;">های اقتصاد کلان در ارزیابی عملکرد اقتصادی دولت</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Cambria, serif;">‌</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Zar;">ها است. رشد اقتصادی خود از عوامل دیگری تاثیر می‌پذیرد که در نظریات رشد اقتصادی به آنها توجه شده است. در بین عوامل مورد بررسی در نظریات رشد، پیشرفت فنی به دلیل اثرات بلندمدتی که بر رشد دارد، دارای اهمیت ویژه ای است. در الگوهای جدید رشد، پیشرفت فنی عاملی درونزا معرفی شده است که خود از سایر متغیرها اثر می‌گیرد. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال بررسی اثر تکانه‌های پولی بر پیشرفت فنی در ایران با استفاده از الگوی تعادل عمومی پویای تصادفی در دوره 1383-1396 است.</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Zar;"></span></p> <p class="abstract" dir="RTL" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: medium; line-height: normal;"><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Zar;">نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که تکانه افزایش حجم پایه پولی از مسیر افزایش میزان سرمایه‌گذاری در سرمایه دانش باعث افزایش رشد فناوری می‌شود. توجه به تاثیر سیاست‌های پولی بر پیشرفت فنی در شرایط رکود-تورمی که نیاز به افزایش تولید در اقتصاد وجود دارد، به خصوص برای مقام سیاست‌گذار پولی که به تحریک عرضه در اقتصاد می‌اندیشد، توصیه سیاستی مقاله حاضر است.</span></p> Economis growth is one of the main factors for evaluating the performance of governments. Economic growth itself is influenced by other factors that have been addressed in growth theories. Among the factors examined in growth theories, technical progress is of particular importance due to its long-term effects on growth. In recent growth models, the technological progress considered an endogenous factor which is influenced by the other variables. The present study seeks to investigate the effect of monetary shocks on technical progress in Iran during 1996-2004, using the Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium Model.<br> The results of this study showed that the shock of increase in money base through increasing the amount of investment in knowledge would lead to an increase in technology growth.
