fa تمایزات مکانی در عوامل موثر بر عملکرد بنگاه‌های صنعتی: مطالعه موردی شهرک‌های صنعتی عباس‌آباد و شمس‌آباد تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">شهرک‌های صنعتی به سبب تدارک زیربناهای پایه‌ای به عنوان یکی از روش‌های مهم رشد و توسعه موفق صنایع کارخانه‌ای به ویژه برای صاحبان بنگاه‌های کوچک، متوسط و نوآورانه شناخته می‌شوند. در این چارچوب، در میان عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد بنگاه، مکان به عنوان یکی از مؤثرترین این عوامل محسوب می‌شود. بر این اساس، می‌توان مکان استقرار شهرک‌های صنعتی را به عنوان عاملی بر عملکرد بنگاهای اقتصادی محسوب نمود. از این رو این مقاله می‌کوشد تا تمایزات بین منطقه‌ای بر عوامل موفقیت بنگاه‌های اقتصادی را در دو شهرک صنعتی عباس‌آباد و شمس آباد (استان تهران) مورد بررسی قرار دهد. داده‌های مورد نیاز با استفاده از روش نمونه در دسترس و با استفاده از تکنیک پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری و عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت به دو گروه عوامل درون بنگاهی و درون منطقه‌ای تقسیم شده است. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داده است هفت عامل اساسی به‌صورت مشترک بر موفقیت بنگاه‌های صنعتی هر دو منطقه تأثیر گذار بوده&nbsp; و این در حالی است که دو عامل عدم دسترسی به بازار فروش و عدم دسترسی تسهیلات مشمول استقرار در استان اگر چه در منطقه شمس آباد به‌صورت معناداری تأثیر گذاشته اما تأثیر این عوامل به‌صورت معنا داری برموفقیت بنگاه‌های صنعتی مستقر در عباس آباد نشان نداده است از نظر سیاست گذاری این یافته بدان معناست که اگرچه عمده عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت را عوامل مشترک تشکیل داده‌اند اما تأثیر منطقه بر دسترسی به تسهیلات و بازار به عنوان دو عامل متمایز بر موفقیت در دو منطقه نشان دهنده لزوم توجه سیاست‌گذاران به این دو مقوله مهم است.</span></span><span dir="LTR"></span> Industrical Parks are a good way of promoting&nbsp; small and medium sized manufacturing firms, as they provide the basic infrustuctures in the locations where such activities are desired. Here, among the factors affecting firm performance, location is regarded as the most influential one. In this respect, the location of industrial towns can be considered as a factor that influences a firm&rsquo;s performance. This paper attempts to investigate the inter-regional disparities in order to describe the significance of varied factors on firm performences in the two industrial towns of Abbasabad and Shamsabad (in the Tehran Province). Descriptive-survey methodology was used and data were collected by means of well-structured questionnaire survey from the selected number of firm managers.&nbsp; Afterwards, the factors discoverd affecting success are divided into intra-business and intra-regional factors. The results of this study show that seven factors have been found that mutually affect the success of industrial firm in both areas. This is while the two factors (lack of access to the sales market and lack of accessibility of deployment facilities in the province) which has to play and important role in Shamsabad town, the impact of these factors have not been significant in Abbasabad town. From a policy point of view, this finding means that although major contributing factors to success are shared among both industrial cities, the impact of the region on access to markets and facilities are two distinct and important factors on success.
