fa ارایه مدل پارامتریکی برآورد ساختار صنعت ایران و تعیین جایگاه شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان جهت سیاست‌گذاری های اقتصادی مطالعه موردی: شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان مستقر در پارک‌های علم و فن‌آوری استان سمنان عمومى General پژوهشي Research هدف اصلی این مطالعه، ارائه مدل پارامتریکی برآورد ساختار صنعت ایران و تعیین جایگاه شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان مستقر در پارک‌های علم و فن‌آوری استان سمنان در این ساختار است. محققان برای برآورد ساختار صنعت، از شاخص‌های نسبت تمرکز استفاده می‌نمایند. این نسبت، سهم بازار تعدادی از بزرگ‌ترین بنگاه‌ها درون یک صنعت را نشان می‌دهد. برای این منظور ابتدا با استفاده از ریز داده‌های بخش صنعت ایران در سال ۱۳۹۵ و به‌کارگیری الگوی لگ‌نرمال، نسبت تمرکز ۵ بنگاهی بر اساس طبقه‌بندی استاندارد بین‌المللی صنایع (<span dir="LTR">ISIC</span>) دورقمی، به تفکیک برآورد و سپس جایگاه شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان استان سمنان در ساختار بازار تعیین گردید. طبق یافته‌های پژوهش، انحصاری‌ترین صنعت ایران &laquo;تولید محصولات از توتون و تنباکو-سیگار&raquo; است. تعداد صنایع فعال در ساختار انحصار چند‌جانبه، ۵ صنعت شامل &laquo;تولید انواع آشامیدنی&raquo;، &laquo;تولید زغال کک و فرآورده حاصل از پالایش نفت&raquo;، &laquo;تولید سایر وسایل حمل‌ونقل&raquo;، &laquo;تولید منسوجات&raquo;، &laquo;تعمیر و نصب ماشین‌آلات و تجهیزات&raquo; هستند. همچنین ۱۸ صنعت دارای نسبت تمرکز زیر ۴۰ درصد هستند که در بین آن‌ها ساختار ۱۲ صنعت به‌صورت رقابت انحصاری و ۶ صنعت به‌صورت رقابت کامل طبقه‌بندی گردید. بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق، تعداد ۵۱ شرکت‌ دانش‌بنیان در استان سمنان وجود دارند که از بین آن‌ها تعداد ۳۴ شرکت در ساختار رقابت انحصاری، ۱۵ شرکت در ساختار رقابت کامل و ۲ شرکت در ساختار انحصار ‌چند‌جانبه جای می‌گیرند. در پایان پیشنهاد‌هایی ارائه گردید. The main objective of this study is to provide a model for Iranian industry structure estimation and determine the position of knowledge - based firms located in Science and Technology Parks of Semnan province. Researchers use concentration ratio indicators to estimate industry structure. This ratio represents the market share of some of the largest firms within an industry. For this purpose, first using the micro-data of Iranchr(&#39;39&#39;)s industrial sector in 2016 and using the lognormal model, the concentration ratio of 5 firms by two-digit industry codes (ISIC) was estimated and then the position of knowledge-based companies in Semnan province in this structure was determined. As a result of this research the Tobacco and Cigarette industry was monopolized industry. The number of industries active in the oligopoly structure is 5 industries, including &quot;production of beverages&quot;, &quot;production of coking coal and oil refining products&quot;, &quot;production of other means of transportation&quot;, &quot;production of textiles&quot;, &quot;repair and installation of machinery and equipment&quot;. Also, 18 industries have a concentration ratio below 40%, among which the structure of 12 industries was classified as monopolistic competition and 6 industries as fully competitive. In base of researcher&rsquo;s observations, 51 knowledge base enterprise have activated in Semnan Science and Technology Parks that have been specified their market structure by researcher separately. As a result of this research, 34 company have had monopolistic competition, 15 company have had perfect competition and 2 company have had oligopoly market structure.
