fa تبیین لزوم ساختارمندی عوامل موثر در چالشهای مبارزه با پولشویی در نظام بانکی ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research پدیده جهانی سازی اقتصاد و ارتباط بازارهای مالی، موجب تسهیل نقل و انتقال منابع مالی شده و این امر رشد فزاینده جرایم اقتصادی سازمان یافته و گسترش انتقال دارایی های نامشروع در سطح جهان با هدف تغییر هویت از طریق تطهیر آن ها را به همراه داشته است. این امر توجه سازمانهای بین المللی مالی را به اقدامات نظارتی و کنترلی در این زمینه جلب نموده است. بطوریکه اکثر بانک‌ها و مؤسسات مالی دنیا خود را موظف به رعایت قوانین مبارزه با پول‌شویی می‌دانند. در این پژوهش، به منظور شناسایی چالش‌های این حوزه و دستیابی به الگویی که در برگیرنده مجموعه‌ای از عوامل زیرساختی مبارزه با پولشویی در نظام بانکی باشد، در بخش کیفی، از معیارهای برخواسته از نظر خبرگان به روش مصاحبه حضوری و استناد به استانداردهای بین‌المللی و کدگذاری چند مرحله‌ای، تحلیل محتوایی و روش دلفی فازی و در بخش کمی از پرسش<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>نامه و تکنیک تحلیل عاملی و جهت برازش مدل از شاخص <span dir="LTR">SRMR</span> استفاده شده است. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از این است که رعایت شاخص‌های زیرساختی مطابق با استانداردهای بین المللی توسط نظام بانکی موجب ارتقاء جایگاه بانکهای ایرانی در سطح بین الملل و محدودسازی پولشویی از طریق نظام بانکی می‌گردد. The fight against money laundering as a universal policy is on the agenda of all countries and parliaments. To create sustainable conditions and economic transparency, combating the phenomenon of money laundering is necessary. This issue is a specific issue of the country in international banking operations and interbank brokerage. The application of infrastructure approach factors, including all the effective aspects of the anti-money laundering mechanism, is of great importance. In this study, in order to identify the challenges in this area and achieve a model that includes a set of infrastructural factors in the fight against money laundering, in the qualitative part, the criteria raised by experts through face-to-face interviews and citing international standards and multi-stage coding, Content analysis, and fuzzy Delphi method and in a small part of the questionnaire and factor analysis technique and in fitting the model, SRMR the index has been used.
