fa واکنش دولت و مردم به محدودیت‌های اعمال شده در پی شیوع کروناویروس: رویکرد نظریه بازی‌ها تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span lang="FA" style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">شیوع گسترده بیماری کووید19 باعث شده است هزینه‌های گسترده‌ای به دولت و مردم تحمیل شود که لازم است جوانب و آثار آن بررسی شود. از این رو این پژوهش سعی دارد در قالب تئوری بازی‌ها، استراتژی دولت و مردم کشور ایران را با توجه به محدودیت‌های ایجاد شده در پی شیوع بیماری کروناویروس طی دوره زمانی 30/11/1398 تا 30/01/1400 بررسی نماید. نتایج نشان داد زمانی‌که دولت هر کدام از دو استراتژی دخالت و عدم‌دخالت را انتخاب کند، مردم بین استراتژی در خانه ماندن و استراتژی نقض محدودیت‌ها، استراتژی نقض محدودیت‌ها را انتخاب می‌کنند. این موضوع بیانگر این است که هزینه از دست رفتن درآمد در نتیجه در خانه ماندن برای افراد بیشتر از هزینه نقض محدودیت‌ها است و کمک هزینه‌های دولت چندان مؤثر نبوده‌اند. همچنین، در صورت انتخاب هر کدام از دو استراتژی در خانه ماندن و نقض محدودیت‌ها توسط مردم، دولت بین استراتژی دخالت و عدم‌دخالت، استراتژی دخالت را انتخاب می‌کند. علت این انتخاب بدین خاطر هست که در صورت عدم ورود دولت جهت کنترل و پیش‌گیری این بیماری، جامعه با هزینه‌های سرسام‌آور اجتماعی ناشی از شیوع گسترده ‌این&nbsp; اپیدمی رو به رو می‌شود. بنابراین تعادل نش بازی بین دولت و مردم در پی محدودیت‌های اجتماعی به‌صورت انتخاب استراتژی دخالت توسط دولت برای حفظ اقتدار و حاکمیت و عدم شکاف میان سیاست اعلامی و اعمالی و استراتژی نقض محدودیت‌ها توسط مردم بوده است. بر این اساس ضرورت ایجاب می‌کند دولت اقدامات ضروری را در جهت ترغیب افراد برای پذیرش محدودیت‌ها از طریق کاهش هزینه فرصت ماندن در خانه، انجام دهد.</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"></span><br> <span lang="FA" style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;"></span> <br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed">The widespread outbreak of Covid 19 disease has cost the government and the people so much that its effects need to be investigated. The reason for this choice is that if the government does not come to control and prevent this disease, society will face great social costs due to the widespread epidemic.
