fa اثر واردات بر اشتغال استان ایلام (رویکرد داده-ستانده دومنطقه‌ای‎) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:16px;"><span b="" lang="FA" zar=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر واردات بر اشتغال استان ایلام و تحلیل زوایای آشکار و پنهان بیکاری با روش غیر آماری در خصوص این استان انجام یافته است. برای این منظور جدول داده - ستانده&nbsp; دو منطقه&rlm;ای سال 1395 در قالب 11 بخش و دو منطقه استان ایلام و سایر اقتصاد ملی ساخته شده و این اثر با استفاده از ضرایب فزاینده اشتغال در چهار سطح بخشی، درون منطقه&rlm;ای، بین منطقه&rlm;ای و ملی دو منطقه&rlm;ای محاسبه شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که با واردات از سایر استان‌ها اشتغال تمامی بخش&rlm;های اقتصادی در استان ایلام کاهش پیدا می‌‌کند. بیشترین کاهش اشتغال در بخش ساختمان با 8/0 شغل بوده و پس از آن بخش&rlm;های صنعت و کشاورزی با کاهش 5/0&nbsp; شغل در جایگاه‌های بعدی قرار دارند. بر این اساس کمترین میزان کاهش اشتغال نیز مربوطه به بخش‌های معدن و واسطه گری</span></span><span b="" dir="LTR" lang="FA" zar=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">&lrm;</span></span><span b="" lang="FA" zar=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">های مالی بوده است که کاهش 1/0 شغل را نشان می‌دهد.</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"></span> The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of imports on employment in Ilam province and to analyze the Explicit and implicit aspects of unemployment by non-statistical method in this province. For this purpose, a two regional input-output table of 2016 in the form of 11 sectors and two regions of Ilam province and the rest of national economy has been made and this effect has been measured through employment multipliers at four levels of sector, intra-regional, inter-regional and two regional national<span dir="RTL">.</span> The research results show that with imports from other provinces, employment of all economic sectors in Ilam province decreases. The largest decrease in employment was in the construction sector with 0.8 jobs, followed by manufacturing industry and agriculture with a decrease of 0.5 jobs in the next positions.
