fa ترکیب اجزای مخارج دولت و تأثیر آن بر رشد اقتصادی با تأکید بر امور و فصول بودجه عمومی دولت عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div align="justify" style="direction: rtl"> هدف اصلی این مطالعه، بررسی چگونگی تأثیرگذاری هر یک از اجزای مخارج بودجه عمومی دولت بر روند رشد اقتصادی در ایران طی سال‌های 1357 تا 1383 است. این بررسی در قالب مدل رشد بارو و با استفاده از ابزارهای اقتصادسنجی و طراحی سیستم معادلات همزمان انجام شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان دهنده آن است که در اقتصاد ایران، کل مخارج بودجه عمومی دولت اثر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر رشد اقتصادی داشته است، در حالی که تفکیک مخارج یاد شده به مخارج عمرانی و جاری نشان‌دهنده اثر منفی مخارج جاری و اثر مثبت مخارج عمرانی بر رشد اقتصادی است. همچنین نتایج در مورد مخارج امور چهارگانه (اقتصادی، اجتماعی، عمومی و دفاعی) نشان می‌دهد در شرایطی که مخارج امور اقتصادی و امور عمومی، اثر مثبت بر رشد اقتصادی داشته‌ است مخارج امور دفاعی و امور اجتماعی تأثیری منفی بر این روند در کشور دارد. زیر فصل‌های مربوط به این امور چهارگانه نیز آثار متفاوتی از نظر علامت و اندازه بر رشد اقتصادی در کشور داشته‌اند. </div> The major goal of this article is to study the impacts of each component of the public budget expenditures on the trend of economic growth in Iran during a period from 1357 to 1383 (Hijri Shamsi). This survey has been accomplished within Barro's Growth Model and by utilizing instruments from Econometrics and designing system of simultaneous equations. The outcomes of this survey show that the total public budget expenditures had positive and significant impact on economic growth of Iran, while separating these expenditures into current and capital expenditures shows the negative impact of current expenditures demonstrates and positive impacts of capital expenditures on economic growth. Furthermore, concerning the expenditures of quadruplet affairs (economic, social, public and defensive), the outcomes indicate that when the expenditures of economic and public affairs had positive impacts on economic growth, the expenditures of defensive and social affairs had negative impacts on this trend in the country.
