fa بررسی خصوصی‌سازی و اصل 44 قانون اساسی در اقتصاد ایران عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div align="justify" style="direction: rtl"> در دهه‌های اخیر، مسائل و مشکلات مربوط به اقتصاد کشورهای در حال توسعه که اساسی‌ترین آن نرخ رشد اقتصادی بود، موجب توجه و ارزیابی دوباره راهبردهای توسعه اقتصادی شد. مسئله کاهش میزان تصدی دولتها در اقتصاد برای عملکرد آسان‌تر نظام بازار در راستای بهبود تخصیص منابع، هم مورد توجه جدی کارشناسان اقتصادی می‌باشد. در مقاله حاضر به بررسی بخش خصوصی و فعالیتهای اقتصادی آن به ‌عنوان یک موضوع بسیار مهم در اقتصاد ایران اشاره شده و سپس به اهداف اصل 44 قانون اساسی و کلیات آن پرداخته شده است. پیش‌بینی می‌شود که با توجه به منشور اساسی اصل 44 قانون اساسی و دستور مقام معظم رهبری برای تسریع در انجام واگذاری بخشهای مختلف اقتصادی به بخش خصوصی در راستای اهداف برنامه چهارم و سند چشم‌انداز 20 ساله کشور، دولت بتواند گام اساسی برای شکوفایی اقتصادی کشور با تأکید بر افزایش رشد اقتصادی، کاهش میزان بیکاری و جلوگیری از هزینه‌های مضاعف بردارد. </div> Over the last decades the most important problem in developing countries was the rate of economic growth. This has led to more attention to the development strategies, In this regard, policy makers and economists showed more interests in downgrading the size of Governments towards improving the performance of markets as well as better resource allocations. This paper attempts to examine the private sector and its activities as a topical issue in Iranian economy. The aims and basics of the 44th Principle of the Constitution are then analyzed.
