fa دموکراسی یا دیکتاتوری: اثر نوع نظام سیاسی بر نهادهای اقتصادی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: right;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span b="" lang="FA" zar=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثر نوع نظام سیاسی، دموکراسی یا دیکتاتوری، بر کیفیت نهادهای اقتصادی است که به عنوان متغیر اصلی شکل دهنده فرآیند رشد اقتصادی شناخته می‌شوند. در دموکراسی‌های بالغ، قدرت سیاسی بین طیف متنوعی از ذی نفعان توزیع شده است اما در دموکراسی‌های اولیه، قدرت سیاسی به صورت متمرکز در اختیار فرد منتخب قرار داشته و سایر گروه‌ها امکان مشارکت در قدرت سیاسی را ندارند. در نظام‌های دیکتاتوری اولیه نیز قدرت سیاسی به صورت انحصاری در اختیار یک فرد است اما در دیکتاتوری‌های بالغ، قدرت بین اعضا گروه حاکم به گونه‌ای تقسیم شده است که فرد حاکم در حذف سایر اعضا ائتلاف حاکم با محدودیت مواجه است. نتایج تجربی نشان می‌دهد کیفیت نهادهای اقتصادی در نظام‌های دموکراسی و دیکتاتوری بالغ بهتر از نظام‌های دموکراسی و دیکتاتوری اولیه است. همچنین، کیفیت نهادهای اقتصادی در نظام‌های دیکتاتوری و دموکراسی بالغ تفاوت معناداری با یکدیگر ندارد. نظام‌های دیکتاتوری بالغ علی رغم فقدان انتخابات آزاد حمایت بهتری از حقوق مالکیت نسبت به دموکراسی‌های اولیه داشته‌اند. نتایج به‌دست آمده نسبت به تغییر متغیر وابسته، افزودن متغیرهای کنترل، تغییر نمونه، و استفاده از روش متغیر ابزاری پایدار است.</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"></span><br> &nbsp;</span></div> The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of political regime types, including democracy and dictatorship, on the quality of economic institutions as the main variables in the formation of the economic growth process. The political power is distributed among a wide range of interest groups in mature democracies, while it is concentrated in the hands of the elected executive in initial democracies in a way that other groups are unable to participate in political power. In initial dictatorships, the political power is vested in one individual as well, but in mature dictatorships, it is divided among the members of the ruling group and the leader is limited in removing other members of the ruling coalition. The empirical results indicate that the economic institutions enjoy better quality in mature democracies and dictatorships compared to the initial democracies and dictatorships. Moreover, the economic institutions&rsquo; quality in mature dictatorships and democracies is not significantly different. The mature dictatorships have better protection of property rights compared to the initial democracies, despite the fact that they lack free elections.
