fa بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر فقر چندبعدی با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون آمیخته خطی بتا تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Zar"><span style="color:black">فقر چندبعدی مقوله‌ پیچیده‌ای است که عوامل زیادی&nbsp; بر آن تأثیرگذار است.</span></span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Zar"><span style="color:black">از این‌رو، شناخت دقیق و تعریف جامع آن از اهمیت به‌سزایی برخوردار است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر عوامل اقتصادی، اجتماعی و نهادی بر فقر چندبعدی بر اساس یک چارچوب اندازه‌گیری جامع و با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون </span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Zar"><span style="color:black">آمیخته خطی بتا </span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Zar"><span style="color:black">که یک مدل مناسب برای متغیرهای پاسخ در بازه (1و0) است، انجام شده و برآورد پارامترهای مدل با رهیافت بیزی به‌دست آمده است. فقر چندبعدی با استفاده از داده‌های </span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Zar"><span style="color:black">آمارگیری شاخص‌های چندگانه‌ جمعیت و سلامت سال 1394</span></span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Zar"><span style="color:black">و روش الکایر-فوستر محاسبه شده است. در گروه عوامل اقتصادی مؤثر بر فقر چندبعدی چهار متغیر </span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Zar"><span style="color:black">نرخ تورم،</span></span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Zar"><span style="color:black">نرخ بیکاری،</span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Zar"><span style="color:black"> نرخ مشارکت اقتصادی</span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Zar"><span style="color:black"> و میزان خالص مهاجران بیکار، در گروه عوامل اجتماعی دو متغیر سطح توسعه‌یافتگی و میزان شهرنشینی و در گروه عوامل نهادی سه متغیر جرائم واقع‌شده در حوزه‌ی استحفاظی نیروی انتظامی، تعداد افراد تحت پوشش مورد حمایت آسیب‌های اجتماعی و میزان رضایت‌مندی مردم از دستگاه‌های اجرایی برای </span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Zar">مدل‌بندی<span style="color:black"> در نظر گرفته شد</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Zar"><span style="color:black">ه‌ا</span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Zar"><span style="color:black">ند. نتایج نشان دادند که هر دو عوامل اقتصادی و اجتماعی بر شاخص فقر چندبعدی تأثیرگذار هستند. نرخ تورم و میزان شهرنشینی بر میانگین و نرخ بیکاری بر واریانس فقر چندبعدی در میان استان‌ها&nbsp; اثر‌گذار هستند. </span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Zar"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">Multidimensional poverty is a complex issue that is affected by various factors. Therefore, accurate knowledge and its comprehensive definition are great important. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of economic, social and institutional factors on multidimensional poverty based on a comprehensive measurement framework and using the beta linear mixed regression model, which is a suitable for response variables in the range (0,1). The parameters are calculated with the Bayesian approach.</span></span></span></span> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#202124">The Multidimensional Poverty Index has been calculated using the </span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Multiple-Indicator&nbsp;Demographic&nbsp;and Health Survey</span></span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#202124"> 2015 and the Alkier-Foster method. </span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">In the group of economic factors affecting multidimensional poverty, four variables of inflation rate, unemployment rate, economic participation rate and net rate of provincial immigrants, in the group of social factors, two variables, level of development and urbanization, and in the group of institutional factors, three variables of crimes and the number of people supported by social harms, and the level of satisfaction of the administrative apparatus are considered for modeling.
