left:0; text-align:left; margin-left:-242px; margin-top:236px; width:2.15pt; height:1.6pt; z-index:251656704"></v:rect></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">بررسی روند تغییرات سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی نشان می‌دهد که در اقتصاد ایران اولاً بسیاری از سرمایه‌گذاری‌های خارجی تعهد شده انجام نشده‌اند و ثانیاً میزان سرمایه‌گذاری‌های خارجی صورت گرفته در اقتصاد ایران متناسب با نیازهای کشور برای ایجاد تغییرات ساختاری نبوده است. همچنین به دلیل بسیاری از تحریم‌ها، ممکن است، برخی شرکت‌های خارجی به صورت غیررسمی در ایران سرمایه‌گذاری کرده‌ باشند. لذا می‌توان گفت که ارقام ثبت شده برای متغیر سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی در ایران، دقیق نیست. بنابراین یکی از اهداف این مطالعه برآورد سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی است که به این منظور از روش سیستم‌های فازی استفاده شده است. پس از برآورد میزان سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی به کمک روش خودرگرسیون داده‌های تابلویی، تلاش شده است که اثر آن بر رابطه مبادله بخش‌های کشاورزی، صنایع و معادن، خدمات و نفت در دوره زمانی 1390 تا 1401 مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد. نتایج نشان داد که سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی بر رابطه مبادله بخش‌های کشاورزی، صنایع و معادن، خدمات و نفت اثر منفی و معناداری در بلندمدت دارد و منطبق با تئوری می‌باشد. بنابراین می‌توان ادعا نمود که سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی باعث ضعف رابطه مبادله در کشور می‌شود. ضرایب نشان می‌دهد که سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی در بخش‌های صنایع و معادن، کشاورزی، نفت و خدمات به ترتیب بیشترین اثر منفی را بر رابطه مبادله دارد. لذا توصیه سیاستی در زمینه استفاده از سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی در حوزه تجارت بین‌الملل، این است که برای توسعه تجارت خارجی و افزایش میزان صادرات، بایستی سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی یکی از اهداف مهم اقتصادی تلقی شود که علاوه بر کمک به فرایند جهانی شدن اقتصاد باعث افزایش رشد اقتصادی نیز خواهد شد. لازم به ذکر است که توسعه تجارت بین‌الملل، خود می‌تواند بستر مناسبی برای سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی فراهم کند. بنابراین نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی باعث اثرگذاری بر رابطه مبادله بخش‌های اقتصادی بوده که به هر حال به حوزه تجارت خارجی این بخش‌ها مربوط می‌باشد.</span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><v:rect coordorigin="1" coordsize="26,7" filled="f" strokecolor="#e71224" strokeweight=".5mm" style="position:absolute; Also, due to many sanctions, some foreign companies may have invested in Iran unofficially. So, it is claimed that the recorded figures for the FDI variable are not accurate. Hence, one of the goals of this study is to estimate FDI by the fuzzy systems method. After estimating the amount of FDI using the panel data autoregression, FDI effect on the terms of trade in agriculture, industry and mines, services and oil in the period from 2011 to 2022 has been evaluated. The results show that FDI has a negative and significant effect on the terms of trade in agriculture, industry and mines, services and oil in the long run, which is consistent with the theory. Accordingly, it can be claimed that FDI would weaken the terms of trade in the country. The coefficients show that FDI in the sectors of industries and mines, agriculture, oil and services, respectively, has the greatest negative effect on terms of trade. Therefore, the policy recommendation in the field of using foreign direct investment in the field of international trade is that in order to develop foreign trade and increase the amount of exports, foreign direct investment should be considered one of the important economic goals, which can increase economic growth in addition to helping the process of globalization of the economy.
