fa تأثیر حکمرانی بر رشد بیکاری کشورهای منتخب توسعه‌یافته و درحال‌توسعه عمومى General كاربردي Applicable در این پژوهش با استفاده از داده‌های پنل به‌دنبال بررسی این موضوع می‌باشیم که آیا مؤلفه‌های حکمرانی رشد بیکاری را در دو گروه کشورهای منتخب توسعه‌یافته و درحال‌توسعه طی دوره (2010-1996) به‌صورت معناداری متأثر می‌سازند یا خیر؟ بنابراین به‌منظور آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق پس از انجام آزمون ایستایی متغیرها از روش گشتاورهای تعمیم‌یافته برای تخمین مدل استفاده شده است. نتایج مطالعه حاکی از اثر منفی و به‌لحاظ آماری معنادار شاخص‌های حکمرانی (بجز شاخص شفافیت و پاسخگویی و کیفیت مقررات تنظیمی در کشورهای درحال‌توسعه) بر رشد بیکاری در هر دو دسته از کشورهای مورد مطالعه می‌باشد. در واقع، یافته‌ها بر این مسئله دلالت دارند که بهبود هر یک از مؤلفه‌های حکمرانی تغییرات مثبتی را در جهت کاهش بیکاری کشورهای مورد مطالعه توسعه‌یافته و درحال توسعه برجای می‌گذارد. This study uses panel data to investigate whether components of governance significantly affect the unemployment growth in both developed and developing countries over the 1996-2010 periods or not? Therefore, in order to test the research hypotheses, after doing the static test of variables, the generalized method of moment (GMM) employed to estimate the model. The results show a statistically significant negative effect of the governance (Except transparency, accountability and the quality of regulatory rules in developing countries) on unemployment growth in both developed and developing Countries.
