fa اثر پراکندگی‌های درآمدی بر توزیع مخارج مصرفی خانوارهای شهری و روستایی ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research این مقاله نابرابری مخارج مصرفی ناشی از انتقال پراکندگی‌های توزیع درآمدی به توزیع مخارج مصرفی را بررسی می‌کند. برای محاسبه میزان نابرابری مخارج مصرفی از شاخص نسبت تمرکز ویژه و برای محاسبه نابرابری درآمد از شاخص نسبت لورنز استفاده شده است. برای این منظور، آمار درآمد و مخارج گروه‌های هشت‌گانه کالا و خدمات خانوارهای شهری و روستایی کشور در دوره زمانی (1390- 1345) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل روابط علی بین متغیرها بر اساس روش داده‌های پانلی صورت گرفته است. آزمون هم‌انباشتگی با روش خودتوضیح با وقفه‌های گسترده پانلی نشان داد ارتباط بلندمدتی بین توزیع درآمد و توزیع مخارج مصرفی وجود دارد. برآوردها نشان دادند که نابرابری درآمدی اثر معناداری بر توزیع مخارج مصرفی دارد. به‌عبارت دیگر، نوسان‌ها و تکانه‌های نابرابری درآمدی باعث ایجاد تکانه در توزیع مخارج مصرفی می‌شود. این تکانه‌ها به‌صورت نابرابری مخارج مصرفی ظاهر می‌شوند. از سوی دیگر، تمام پراکندگی‌های توزیع درآمد به توزیع مخارج مصرفی منتقل نمی‌شوند. این موضوع تأیید بحث الگوهای کلان مصرف است که از طریق ریزداده‌های خانوارها مشاهده شده است. This paper investigates the inequality of consumption expenditures caused by transference of income dispersion to consumption expenditures distribution. In order to calculate the rate of income inequality and consumption expenditures inequality the Lorenz ratio and the specific concentration‘s ratio have been used respectively. Iranian Households’ Income and expenditures data during 1966 - 2009 has been reviewed in this paper. In order to analyze the relationships between variables we have employed panel data methodology. The results of Panel Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (Panel ARDL) test show that there is a long-term relationship between income and consumption expenditures distribution. Estimations show that income inequality has significant impact on consumption expenditures distribution. The results also indicate that all of the fluctuations of income inequality do not transmit into the consumption expenditures distribution. So, consumption has a smoother behavior than income during the time.
