fa تأثیر پذیرش شرکت‌ها در بورس اوراق بهادار بر بهره‌وری: رویکرد تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها (DEA) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research ارتقای بهره‌ورری به‌عنوان یکی از راهکارهای مهم تأمین رشد اقتصادی و افزایش رقابت‌پذیری بنگاه‌ها مورد توجه بوده است، به گونه‌ای ‌که کشورهای موفق بخش قابل ملاحظه‌ای از رشد تولید خود را از این طریق به‌دست آورده‌اند. از سویی، توسعه بورس اوراق بهادار از ابزارهای مهم جهت نیل به رشد پایدار اقتصادی و افزایش بهره‌وری محسوب می‌شود. هدف این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر پذیرش شرکت‌ها در بورس اوراق بهادار بر کارایی فنی (بهره‌وری) شرکت‌های مزبور می‌باشد. در این راستا، 17 شرکت از شرکت‌های متعلق به گروه صنعت سیمان، گچ و آهک انتخاب شده و کارایی فنی آنها با رویکرد تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها در طول 3 سال پیش و پس از پذیرش در بورس مورد محاسبه قرار گرفته است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از افزایش بهره‌وری شرکت‌ها پس از پذیرفته شدن در بورس اوراق بهادار است، به گونه‌ای ‌که میانگین شاخص بهره‌وری از 603/. پیش از پذیرش در بورس به 660/. پس از پذیرش افزایش یافته است. علاوه بر این، با مقایسه شاخص‌های بهره‌وری پیش و پس از پذیرش در بورس از طریق آزمون مقایسه زوجی این افزایش در بهره‌وری معنادار است. Productivity improvement has been considered as one of the significant strategies for economic growth and competitiveness of firms, as successful countries have gained a considerable portion of their production growth in this way. Specifically, the development of capital markets is considered as one of important tools for achieving sustainable economic growth and increased productivity.
