fa نظری بر اندیشه توسعه عدالت محور عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div align="justify" style="direction: rtl"> به نظر می‌رسد در رابطه اساسی میان توسعه و عدالت، بهترین و دقیق‌ترین دیدگاه، مبتنی بر روایت حضرت امیر(ع) یعنی "فان فی العدل سعه" است. برای فهم آن لازم است نخست، رابطه میان عدالت تکوینی (عدالت تنظیمی) و عدالت تشریعی (عدالت حقوقی) در ابعاد فردی – اجتماعی و حکومتی مورد عنایت قرار گیرد. دوم، براساس قانون نسبیت تکاملی تنظیمات، پویایی رفتار اجتماعی و اقتصادی در چارچوب تعامل این دو نوع از عدالت مورد بررسی قرار گیرد و سوم، سطوح توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی با توجه به اصول و ویژگیهای مدل توسعه و براساس سیاست تنظیم و توازن نسبی اقتصادی سامان یابد. در این‌صورت می‌توان ادعا کرد که براساس دیدگاه و تفکر اسلامی شیعی، به نسبت تحقق مراتب عدالت اقتصادی، توسعه اقتصادی نیز حاصل شده است. </div> It appears that the best and most precise approach in explaining the relations between the development and justice is based on a quotation from Hazrat-e Amir-al-Momenin (Peace Upon Him), saying that "In fact, development is intrinsically the result of the justice". To comprehend this quotation, it is necessary first to consider the relationship between regulatory justice and the legal justice. Secondly, based on the law of relative evolutionary regulations, the dynamics of social and economic behavior should be examined within this relationship. Thirdly, the levels of economic and social development should be organized with regard to the principles and characteristics of the development model and the policy of relative regulating and balancing the economy.
